Project Management

Every project we undertake is underpinned by an effective and considered project management treatment. When you work with JRA you can expect to see detailed and documented planning showing how time-lines will be achieved. Any site-specific requirements will be noted and given proper treatment for planning purposes.
 

In addition, we'll remain alert to events deviating off plan so that corrective action can be taken promptly, and before greater inconvenience and cost occurs.
 

Naturally you can expect regular updates regarding progress, as well as levels of communication suitable to project events and issues.
